Analog recording and mixing techniques, using Electrical Audio's state of the art tape machines.

In the box mixing with Pro Tools and plug ins

(UAD, Soundtoys, FabFilter, iZotope, etc.)

What To Expect

Your band will be recording live to tape (24-track) to capture the best performance for each song.

You may then add vocals or any other instruments you want to overdub onto the tape (24-track).

Once the recording is done, we will mix each song and record the mixes to 1/2-inch tape (2-track).

Budget ~ 4 days for an EP and ~ 7 days for an LP

MY RATES

$300 per day at Electrical Audio

a day is usually 8 hours and capped at 10 hours

You will need to add the cost of studio and tape, see below.

My hourly rate is $50/hour when freelancing at other studios or mixing remotely.
