In the box mixing with Pro Tools and plug ins
(UAD, Soundtoys, FabFilter, iZotope, etc.)
What To Expect
Your band will be recording live to tape (24-track) to capture the best performance for each song.
You may then add vocals or any other instruments you want to overdub onto the tape (24-track).
Once the recording is done, we will mix each song and record the mixes to 1/2-inch tape (2-track).
Budget ~ 4 days for an EP and ~ 7 days for an LP
MY RATES
$350 per day at Electrical Audio
a day is usually 8 hours and capped at 10 hours
You will need to add the cost of studio and tape, see below.
My hourly rate is $60/hour when freelancing at other studios or mixing remotely.
